Mentoring
£75
At TS Training / Fitness, we are committed to providing exceptional support and guidance for individuals seeking to excel in their RLSS UK qualifications. Our mentoring program is designed to help candidates develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in their chosen roles as lifeguards and first responders.
Our experienced mentors, who possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in RLSS UK qualifications, work closely with each candidate to offer personalized guidance throughout their training journey.
Audit Preparation
£25 per hour
The task involves the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and completion of course and assessment paperwork, monitoring and verifying lifeguards' training hours, and performing regular Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) on Trainers and Assessors.
Manikin Servicing
£25 per Hour
This involves performing regular checks on equipment, ordering replacements as needed, cleaning and servicing manikins, and maintaining accurate logs of all cleaning and maintenance activities.
Tahdah Management
£25 per Hour
This involve setting up and managing ATC/P accounts, uploading lifeguard and trained team member data, updating ongoing training and competency assessments, organising courses and assessments, publishing relevant policies and procedures, and promoting job opportunities, courses, and assessments.
Internal Quality Assurance Assessor
£100 per Course or Assessment
At TS Training / Fitness, we prioritise providing the highest quality training programs and maintaining strict adherence to RLSS UK standards. Our Internal Quality Assurance service is designed to ensure that your courses, assessments uphold the rigorous criteria set forth by the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK).
Training Delivery
£25 per Hour
The responsibilities include delivering the RLSS UK Ongoing Training Programme, uploading training records to the RLSS UK system, providing evidence for renewal candidates, and conducting competency assessments for returners or new starters.
Course Delivery
£25 per Hour

Our team of certified professionals employs a combination of engaging teaching methods, hands-on practical sessions, and real-life scenarios to equip you and your team with the knowledge and skills.
External Assessor
£20 per Candidate
At TS Training / Fitness, our external assessors are RLSS UK certified professionals with extensive experience in the industry. They ensure that your training courses adhere to the highest standards and requirements set by the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK).
